Boracay : Going Home

I have to skip our last day because it was all water activites.  I became sick with the water activities because I ate breakfast and it wasn't a good choice that I would jump to the water. Anyhoo, I am actually trying to make an excuse because I have alot of backlog posts. But I promise to get everything done this week :)

Anyway, we had our rest on the 3rd day and packed our bags because we had our flight scheduled back to Manila the next day in the afternoon (but it turned out evening because of Cebu Pacific's super delayed and having the worst customer service ever! I have seen Zest air being faster and had planes arrive close to the scheduled departure)

As I mentioned from my previous posts, It's great to stay in Kalibo beacause there is so many things to see and if I had the chance probaby go to the market or visit the long side beach. Kalibo is just amazing.

These are some of the pictures before leaving.

Cover photo I suppose?

When we reached the Jetty Port, its better to get the bundled fare. The boat and van transfers with all other fees are included and I forgot how much but its better and cheaper.

Back to the port.

In to the ferry.

The boat ride was around 15 minutes I guess. Then we were ushered to the van and had 1 hour and 30 minutes ride going to Kalibo. It was then I enjoyed the view and everything.

Since before Cebu Pacific eff'd up my boarding schedule we were ahead for more than 5 eff'n hours. Imagine, so much hate with Cebu Pacific. I think I'll fly with Airphil next time or even with Zest. CebuPac and it's cheap fare tsk.

Anyhoo, since we were early we made an early check in and waited outside the airport.
If you are going back to Manila from Kalibo make sure you go to the Pasalubong area. I am not sure if they are selling the sticky rice stuff cheaper around Kalibo. But the price is 100 pesos for 20 pcs of  suman. The ladies even offer free taste.

The one below is just their regular suman I think but brown in color.

This.. I LOVE. Suman with latik on top.

The I forgot what its called suman

Cassava

250 per kilo crabs. GO GET THEM! but probably its cheaper in the market.

The best tasting fried siomai ever.

Fishballs

Beside the pasalubong area is like korean/filipino/chinese restaurant

Kimchi

Kimchi Ramen

And yep! That was the end of the food blog for Boracay. :)
I wanted to say more but It's 5am and I have to get some sleep.
It's Monday again and work week.

I just can't wait for another annual vacation thingie.

Hope you all had an awesome weekend!
