Just because!

Since it is my Birthday week, I will be crossing out my list of needs and probably wants this season. BB got me advance birthday gifts by surprising me with a pair of bunnies. =) We are such animal lovers and seeing how cute a fluffy they are. Thanks BB, ILY.

Anyhoo I have listed things that I need and I can see my paycheck gone before it reaches the bank. Oh well it's my birthday month and I have worked hard :). Going to be real busy with months to follow on designing and retailing, I must admit even changing my nail polish color is really hard to do now. With food business on the works and bazaars to follow I can't friggin know where to start.

I have a job offer that I might take as an SDC. I think I can work from home and that would give me more time to do designs while I work. That makes me a bit sad if ever I am leaving my current employer. I am on my 3rd year with them and everything is just fantastic. They are real people and I get along very well with a bunch of them. From the H.K to some of the Management. But like my boss said, it might be my big break. Oh well.

I am already off the topic which is my birthday week. I have listed all the things I needed. Since it is a long list I only came up with about 8 out of 20 things I need. Meaning if I go beyond 8, I am also beyond broke.  I will be very happy if someone will give me one of the below + 3 tier cake. K.THANKS.

It took me like an hour to do this. Blah.

Chef d' Angelo

Last Thursday, BB accompanied me to Makati for my appointment. It ended early and we still have hours to spare before going to the office. It was past lunch time and we were a bit hungy. We headed to Robinsons Galleria and suggested that we avail Chef d' Angelo's Pizza Pasta Salad and Soup all you can promo.

For 150, you can satisfy yourself with pizza and pasta. I personally choose the Salad and Pizza and Soup as they were fantastic. The Pasta was horribly overcooked. The sauce for the pasta is creamy and you can really taste the goodness. The pizza is a plus for not being oily at all.

My plate

They serve 3 types of pizza. Cheesy Pizza, Hawaiian Pizza, and Pepperoni.

BB and I went crazy over Cheesy Pizza, fresh out of the oven. Oozing with Cheese, I was able to finish 2 slices and 3 pepperoni. BB was able to finish 10 slices. I also like their mushroom soup. Served warm and croutons placed on top.

The salad consists of the usual greens, olives, carrots, tomatoes and cucumber. You can have it that way of you can add ceasar dressing. Yum Yum Yum!

BB's plate

If you are craving for pizza you can avail this promo and totally worth the buck. Check out their schedule below.

My Saturday addictions

I could have mentioned a gazillion times why I love weekends. Well first, it is total relaxation. I can run errands and enjoy quality time with BB or with Family. Today, BB and I went to Ayala Technohub because I was going to get a carving block or was it rubber block for the branding of our clothes. We passed by Timezone and just like kids we spent like an hour there playing different games. Of course we played basketball and I still won. :) It was a different date night as we finished it off having chocolate strawberry ice cream from mini-stop. Love Love Love.

So aside from being addicted to Love, I love our office vending machine's coffee cups.
Bigger than the usual Nescafe cups and it has LOVE labeled on it.

When Ruth came over, she brought some Percys and it is totally addicting. M&S has this for 135 a bag (expensive!) Percy and Friends is love love love too!

Each year, we always go to the beach. I love how the sand feels, the sound of the waves and the sun (minus the sun burn and tan) I love picking sea shells and writing my name on the sand. Snorkling and seeing the marine life. I love the Little Mermaid haha!

Papaya Island September 2011

Along with the Percys, Ruth also got millions of chocolates with her. I picked out my faves which is Galaxy and Snickers.

I loooveee anything tha shines and glitters.

Although it is hard to remove I am head over heels with glittered nail polishes. I can still remember my affair with the first glittered nail polish I had from Hard Candy. <3

Other addiction is of course from my previous post, the Mango Yakult from Serenitea.

I am also addicted with my blog. Haha which figures. I have ALLLOOOT of backlogs and will make sure to keep posting.

Serenitea: I get addicted to...

Aside from nail polishes and make up and clothes and shoes and money... (LOL)

I am obsessed with Serenitea's Mango Yakult.

It's just like a drug.

Yes, I have traded my Starbuck's frapuccino with Serenitea. =)

Tagaytay part IV : RFTE @ Hap Chan

I slept the whole time we went back to Manila. The only time that I woke up was because I felt that we stopped. We were still in Tagaytay and we were going to have dinner. I am not a chinese food fan that much but when I saw we were going to dine in Hap Chan, I knew it will be such a treat. I am totally raving for the brocolli and garlic.

I am not really in the mood of eating because I felt so tired. But the food is really delicious and so flavorful!

Tagaytay Part III : To the Beach!

This is my second time to go back to Nasugbu and the Papaya Island. I had an entry before which I totally forgot to update. We only had a day trip and this spares us from being toasted from the sun. Actually I got a little tanned even there was no sun but the heat and salt water can make you dark.

The waves are a bit strong and we still made it to the island. We had the whole island to ourselves. the sun hiding from the clouds and the sea being a bit rough but still clear, we find ourselves in awe.

I totally love the beach. I can just chill and stare at the waves for hours. You can just hear  and feel the nature.

Our foot prints.

Waves a little bit calm.

lovely sea..

Sea Shells by the Sea Shore.

While we were picking sea shells, I found a tiny crab.

More little crabs (I am so scared that they might bite me or something! =P )

Look what we have for lunch.

New Toys : Usual Saturday Haul

It is fun that BB loves shopping like I do. He would pick clothes and mostly shoes that would look good on me. I trust my BB's fashion sense. On the other hand, I do the same for him. Like he said, we seem to be the perfect pair. I love shrimps and he can't have too much.  He can't have it at all because of allergic reactions. On the other hand, I can't have eggs because that would make allergic reactions on me. I would just get the white part and give him the yellow part.

Anyhoo, moving forward, I was able to get a few things this weekend.

Lippies from MAC's Wonder Woman collection and Cracking nail polish. I am super addicted to nailpolish. I seem to have alot now and should start organizing.

Shaped like a bullet to me. =))

Very cute shade of pink. Love!

Put on the base (I used Etude House's lavender shade instead of the white base from HD)

Put a double coat of the purple HD Nail polish and wait until it cracks. Place a coat of clear polish to finish.

Crayon Glittery Nail Polish.

I love anything that glitters!

Crayon's cheek blush in like peach or something. It gives you that nice sun kissed look.

Thats all for now :) Birthday week next week!

Tagaytay part 1 : Bag of Beans

After a random plan to go to the beach to make Ruth's work-vacation the best and worth it, we made it happen. Friday after work, we all waited for Eya to fetch us. We went to Edsa-Shang to pick up Ruth and headed to Tagaytay for Bag of Beans. The place reminds me of Pan de Amerikana. The place is lovely and cozy.

We arrived around 7am and the place seems to be a little busy as people started comming in to have breakfast. They have a buffet which I have not asked about. We were so focused with what we were going to get and it took some time before we can get our order.

There are tables and couches situated on each side. It's like you are in a garden enjoying the cold breeze and a little sunlight.
Everything seem's to be surreal.

The adorable Mayna which knows how to mimic everything!

Bag of Beans

Sample Menu

Im addicted to the pancake syrup.

I am inlove with their sea shell decors.

The breakfast sampler. Ham, 2 hashbrowns, Pancake, bacon and sausage and eggs.
I call it the monster breakfast. Can make you feel full for the whole day.

Sunrise breakfast. 2 pancakes, scrambled egg with cheese and sausage and slices of orange.
This is super filling that I couldnt finish the whole thing.

Ruth has Bacon and eggs.

Mango Juice.

One Happy Sleepless bunch.

I would definitely go back because the price and portion is very resonable. The ambience is lovely and cozy. It's the best place to have breakfast and just feel the cold air against your skin while hearing the birds chirp and while the Mayna makes you laugh. The staff is very accommodating.
